Shipping and Delivery

1. How is my order shipped?

Our shipping partner is ship rocket / You can process your own shipment.

2. What are the shipping rates for orders in India?

We cannot prejudice the shipment charges it is based upon the weight. For more details, refer.

4. What are the shipping rates for international orders?

We currently are doing only domestic shipping. In the future, we will include an International shipping facility.

5. Will I be charged for customs charges in case of international shipping?

6. When will my customer receive the order?

Pickup shipping label will be created within 4 – 48 hrs from the order received.

7. How do I track my order?

Tracking No / Waybill No will be provided in email / text message after shipping label is created.

8. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

Yes. It will be considered as multiple shipping orders.

9. Can my order be shipped to a post office box?

No.We will not do shipping for PO boxes / Lockers.

10. What do if my productis damaged while transporting?

Any transportation damages should be informed to our customer care with pictures in WhatsApp / Email within 4 hrs after the product is received.

11. Is my package undeliverable?

We will frequently check the tracking link and will contact the delivery person. If undelivered contact us on our customer support.

12. How long will it take to get a Payment for the customer purchase / order?

Between 2- 4 business days depends on the mode of payment.

13. What modes of payment do you accept?

We will accept all major payment methods.

14. How do I receive my payment?

To the officially provided bank account.

15. Is it safe to provide my customer’s payment details online at Shop exclusive?

Yes, as per GDPA compliance we are not allowed to store any personal and card details. Our payments are done through PayPal, Razor Pay.


1. How will you return an item?

We must ensure the proof image from the customer. Once it is verified by our associates we will send the customer a return receipt.

2. How can we make a refund if they pay by COD?

We will be providing options on our site itself for adding their account for repayment.

3. Can I return/exchange a product after I've opened or used it?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please see our returns & exchanges policy for complete details.

Are products available internationally?

Yes, we offer online sales through our website at to the several countries across the globe. However, the cost of the products across countries may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations, and delivery costs. Please note that there may be certain countries where delivery would not be possible, and you will be informed if delivery is possible to the address of your choice at the stage of checkout of the product. Where are your manufacturing facilities located? not have a company owned production unit. Our mission has always been to provide the product of artisans and craftsmen located across the length and breadth of the country to the final customer, at the convenience of a mouse click. The artisans and craftsmen are based across India, employing their regional textile skills and specialties. Our commitment is to ensure that these artisans and craftsmen are adequately compensated for their work, and the objective is to provide an international market to the different arts and crafts of India.

Are all products handmade?

Yes, all products are handmade. It is for this reason that we maintain that every product sold on our website is unique and there may be minor differences in two products of the same kind. This is due to the very nature of the process by which our craftsmen and artisans especially make these products for you, the final customer.

Do conform to International norms?

As our products are handmade, clothing and home textile items, Wooden toys, may be made only for a specific size, and may not be available in different sizes.
