This is a really great product!If you have issues with frequency or strength of stream you need this.I was getting up as much as 3 times at night to urinate.I am now on my second bottle and have gone from 4 hrs to 6 hrs to 8 hrsWithout getting up at night!Seem to get longer as it builds in my system.I will keep using as it is an EXCELLENTPRODUCT – AT A FAIR PRICE!!

Helped to take and helped to stop
Let me write my 100 days report of taking saw palmetto. I bought this product to help me pee a little easily. My pee flow was not great nor very good. I watching Dr. Rachael’ video about the benefits of Saw Palmetto and I ordered this product from Amazon. I started taking one pill a day and on the second day I noticed improvement. I got better pee flow and within the I week I realized that it stopped falling hair in shower too. The third benefit I noticed was very strong errection. I never had errectile dysfunction in my life but this product doubled my power in bed. I was very happy with the results I achieved but after taking this for a month I noticed the downside also. The downside was delayed ejaculation during sex. I was still not very disappointed but after a few days delayed ejaculation turned into a concern because after 30 -35 minutes I wanted to ejaculate but I could do nothing and sometimes even my semen used to go back and not coming out. It happened only two times in three months. Anyway, I took all 100 capsules and already ordered the second bottle. The story changed right after starting the second bottle. Now, I got errectile dysfunction and most of the times, I was unable to have good sex. I decided to skip sex for a week or more but it didn’t work. This time, I was really nervous and didn’t know how to fix this problem. One night I was thinking to find the solution and I thought what will happen if I stop taking these capsules? After thinking a lot, I just stopped taking it. On third day after stopping the Saw Palmetto, I regained my sex power and normal errections. Pee flow was even better than before. I stopped taking these about 20 days ago and every thing works perfectly. I don’t take them anymore but I still have the bottle almost full in the shelf. As a result, I would say this product helped a lot when I started and helped me a lot when stopped it. I will write another review may be in two months to share the final results of not taking the pills.

This Product Literally Stinks — Strong Odor When Bottle is Opened to Remove a Capsule
This Product Literally Stinks! A strong odor is emitted whenever the bottle of capsules is opened. I’m not yet certain of the effectiveness of this product. I bought this item because it was lower in price than what I had previously purchased for the same benefit of an OTC supplement to decrease the urge to pee. Taking the stinky capsules has not caused any stomach upset or indigestion or other noticeable negative effects on my body.

Update: 6-15-25I have now been using this for about 7 weeks. In my own experience and opinion it is a true game changer. As my 1st review stated I was getting up 3 or 4 times a night and never quite feeling completely relieved. I am now sleeping every night with at most 1 bathroom call and completely emptying my bladder. I am even sleeping all night through at least half the time. I am thrilled with the results I have received from this product. I am sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night when I was used to sleeping 5 – 6 hours. Once again, if you find yourself in a similar position as I was in, I strongly recommend you try this product and I hope you get the same results as I. Thank you Saw Palmetto!!!I do not write a lot of reviews but decided I should write one for this product. First I am a 64 year old male in good health but with age things sometimes change. I was not sleeping well at night going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times. Did my research and decided to try this product. I took as directed and noticed results in several days. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and I am waking up 1 to 2 times per night (mostly 1 time). The frequent need to go, the strong stream and the ability to empty my bladder has greatly improved. Mind over matter? I don’t believe so. Better sleep and less urgency to go to the bathroom at night is greatly appreciated. It has only been 3 weeks but the results speak for themselve. Will provide update after another month of using. Highly recommend trying if you find yourself in a similar position as I.

I bought this to help grow hairs, only time will tell because it’s only 3rd day I am using it, but on the other side it gives me a lot of energy which I was not excited and it’s very good, I take it in the morning, I hope seller will not increase the prices after this review. I will enter a review after this bottle will be finished about DHT block and hair growth.

This is a great supplement for frequent urination issues.
On two occasions within the last 2 years, I was having frequent urination urges, but very little urine would come out. When I took this supplement, it almost immediately corrected the issue I was having. I haven’t had any issues in over 8 months. I greatly appreciate this natural supplement.
