The real deal
Many times when you see something like the Wonder Core on Amazon it looks good. Then when it arrives at you home you find out it’s junk. This is not the case with Wonder Core.First off, if you use an ab roller of any type or brand, on a regular basis, it will strengthen your abs and core substantially. None of them will give you a ripped stomach on their own, only diet along with exercise will do that.The Wonder Core is the real deal. It’s built strong and it’s a quality item. I have a home gym filled with Rogue workout equipment. If you know anything about Rogue you know it’s top of the line. I have a Rogue ab roller as well. Which is nice but it’s fashioned like most ab rollers on the market just built better. My point is, Wonder Core is along the same lines as Rogue fitness Equipment as far as quality goes.The wonder Core is different because you can do a multitude of different core exercise on it. I had a ab wheel from Lifeline fitness that you had to strap your feet into to do some of the exercises. It sucked having to do this and I ended up selling it. With the Wonder Core you can do the same exercise as the Lifeline Ab roller by just getting on it. It’s very easy to use.It does have some weight to it so you likely won’t be carrying it to the gym.The Wonder Core is a great Ab roller. if used consistently it will without doubt make your core much stronger and you will have fun doing it. I think it’s well made and a good fitness tool. But you have to use it to get the benefits.It’s not a cloths rack.

Love this board. Does everything that says itâs going to do. Ease of use and really allows you to stretch out fully for great core strength. Very durable and seems built to last. Solid purchase.

This is a good quality product though it’s kind of pricey. Rating it as 4 star because of a few reasons: 1) the knee pad (included) is very small and thin, pretty much useless. 2) if a workout chart (sheet) illustrates what people can use this for would be great (for the price , the manufacturer should provide that, a sheet of illustration should not cost that much); I don’t feel comfortable using the App which trackers users’ information (btw, the App is not that user friendly, had to remove it from phone) 3) the resistance strength setting seems not making any difference don’t matter where it is set at. 4) No instruction is provided as how to set the resistance!Basically, it’s a good product it would be a better product package if the list above is provided.

This can almost substitute for a pilates reformer
Have you seen the plastic reformer board that has recently become a TikTok viral sensation? I almost bought one of those for twice the price of this. This little ab machine can do all the same moves. It’s built well, moves smoothly on my laminate flooring and is giving me a great workout for core strengthening.

This is a beautifully-made product. Very, very sturdy and supports you very well when using. Other products of this kind like the ab roller, which is basically one big wheel with handles, do not consider that when using for its main purpose in the basic position, do not entirely support your back due to the close proximity of your hands when using, making it painful as well as dangerous after just a few reps.This piece of equipment is really wonderful and very sturdy. It insofar has a tiny spring-back action at the end of each full extension, making it the perfect assist to help you get back up.I have purchased many different pieces of exercise equipment through the years. This one is definitely a keeper.

Itâs a beast!
This jewel has changed my triceps, chest and abs just by doing the basic advertised exercise.But when you sit on it and go forward, game changer to the back of your thighs! I did buy a thicker mat because the one it comes with is a joke and I have bad knees.

Good Quality, But Price Feels a Bit High
The ab roller works well and feels sturdy during workouts. The handles are comfortable, and the rolling motion is smooth, making it effective for core training. However, for what it isâa fairly simple piece of workout equipmentâthe price seems a little steep compared to similar options on the market. If it were more budget-friendly, it would be an easy 5-star.
